Difficult Scenario

Here's a scenario that I want you to respond to:

You and your mom go out to your favorite restaurant for Sunday dinner. The place is packed and you two sit down at a table for two. Your waiter comes, takes your orders, and brings you your drinks. You start sipping on your beverage and notice it has a slightly different taste to it than usual, but you keep drinking it. Your food comes out a few minutes later and you and your mom eat. Once you finish eating, your waiter brings you your bill and he quickly disappears. You look at the bill and on it is a note that reads: "I have poisoned your drink and your mother's drink. Below the table is a case. Inside the case in an submachine gun. Kill everyone in the restaurant and I will give you and your mother the antidote. The poison will kill you in 5 minutes." You look below the table and a black case is there. You pretend to bend over to tie your shoe and open the case. Inside it is an MP5 (submachine gun) with plenty of ammo.

What do you do?

EDIT: The waiter is out of sight. It would take longer than 5 minutes for you to find him. He would be able to find you after you killed everyone.

How could he possibly get far enough away in the time it would take me to read the note? Even if he did get far enough away, it would be too far for him to return within five minutes to deliver the antidote in the first place.

Maybe he went out through the back and was waiting in a car that had tinted windows. He could see into the restaurant but you couldn't see him in the car. Plus, I find it more likely for someone to check under their table before they look for the waiter.

If you kill all those people the waiter isn't coming back you know. Then you would be a mass murderer without an antidote and dying on the way to prison. Why would the waiter slip past a police line to give you the goods.

I'd fire the gun into the air, say I was poisoned and their food was as well, then cause a nation wide hunt for a waiter. Also puke up everything I can. Drink water, puke more
