Alright, you might be thinking this is a stupid topic, but I want to get your thoughts on this.

If naruto really loved hinata, why didn't he make a clone to spend more time with her and get to know her? even if he was super busy, he could have enjoyed her with a clone, and then removed it at the end of the day to gain all it's memories. But he never did that... I feel like he never really went out of his way to spend any time with hinata at all, and she literally DIED for him. what a jerk.

I think hinata would be better off with someone who actually cared about her, and tried to spend some time with her, instead of ignoring her and putting her off until she was right there in front of him.

lol it's a very creative idea and the first I've ever heard in that sense, but Naruto... is just starting to understand a lot of things. If he feels anything toward her, he does't even truly know it yet. He's only just noticing her, but not romantically, and it took 615 chapters for it to happen.

I am starting to think this is true.

you realize that the itachi retrieval initiative was introduced literally days afterwards and Tobi just became relevant, as well as the main priority being saving Sasuke.

He could have made a shadow clone to spend time with her while he was off doing things. Even if it was just for a day or two, he could have at least shown his appreciation for her literally dying for him.

But did he? no.

Because Naruto didn't understand live very well. You've seen how he deals with Sakura, the girl he liked, it wasn't"normal". He's had NO One EVER tell him that they love him, he's only ever heard "I hate you", so yeah, there's tour answer.
