I thought he wasnt dead when kabuto was saying he couldn't get to the body because of where it is and whatever i don't want him to come back though his death brought about development in naruto and if he wasnt really dead and just chillin all this time it would be kinda retarded

Hope he does not return. He could very well be alive on Mount Toad. When he was under-water and being Rinne-Tensei'd, he could have reverse summoned a Toad, then summoned the same Toad in time to save it from drowning. Now he could be mastering Sage Mode to save Naruto from some evil character.

How will he form the Summoning Seals with one arm? Plus, the pressure would still cripple his body dead or alive. If we was brought back, his body would already be crushed and he wouldn't be able to do shit.

He could have been healing. Say his body got caught in a current and picked up by a random person who nursed him back to health. He did get his arm blown off and his throat crushed and stabed several times. Its been what about a year since that happened in the manga? That seems like the right amount of time to heal from injuries as bad as those.

That is reasonable, I am neutral to the whole Jiraya coming back thing, but hey, orochimaru did and i am almost sure Tsunade will maybe if he does the 3 sanin will have their final battle against who... i have no clue but the 3 of them possibly being alive in one place i would expect
