Well, I have been reading appreciations of the fandom for 624, and I can say that the Uchihatards are not glad at all. They all have lost their earlier excitment about Sasuke's meeting with the ones who knows everything.
First, they rejected Tobirama's story, and forgot that he knew everything about his era. Right now, they are forgetting that Hashirama knows everything about his era. Many prefer to question Hashirama's account, and maybe the accounts of these Hokages who gladly gave their lives for the people in Konoha in particular, and the entire shinobi world in general.
Thus, some would like Madara to give us a flashback, and tell his own account of what happen back then. HOwever, I would like to point a few facts:
1. Everything Obito said was passed down to him by Madara. Please folks, remember that Obito knew nothing until he met Madara. Madara brainwashed him with his story to get Obito to accept his mission. Thus, actually, we have already heard a lot about Madara. At this level, try to answer these questions:
Now, you guys know that everything Obito said was told to him by Madara, and we probably might not see any flashbacks from Madara.
Next, I pretty sure the fandom recall what Itachi said about Madara. Until now, we have confirmation of all of them from his power to him being a loser. Itachi said that Madara was a loser who couldn't be a leader of the Uchiha clan, and Kishi confirmed it in 624. However, there is only one piece of intel from Itachi that has not been cleared yet:
Well, while there is no proof, I can give Itachi the benefit of the doubt. The reason is that I believe that Itachi got his intel from someone else, probably a survivor of Madara's era.
Thus, to be fair, I think the Uchiha fans should consider all the facts in the manga.

(a) DO you thing Madara could tell Obito that he was always beaten by Hashirama, and that he was the one who led the Uchiha to leave him?
(b) Do you think that Madara could tell Obito that he was beaten, and then asked Hashirama to kill himself?
(c) Assuming that Madara took Izuna's eyes by force, do you guys think that Madara could tell the truth to anyone?
