They weren't aiming for the centre. They couldn't aim at all, but Itachi said that it wouldn't matter, as all their attacks would be drawn to the centre regardless of aim. Sasuke's Enton arrows(and he doesn't even have enton arrows, he has an enton sword and normal arrows, he has never shown an Enton arrow) will be drawn to the centre.

He hasn't shown anything of the sort as of now. Still, I reiterate the fact that the Amterasu or anything else Sasuke attempts would be drawn into the Chibaku Tensei. A fact you truly cannot factually dispute.

Well first off Deva's St was only blocked by Naruto's Clones Because it was A weaker ST A strong ST could e a mtach for susunoo

I agree sasuke would take out asura path with Kirin .. And during the fight with deva path kirin would be useless seeing as he coan only create one ... a fight and you stated hed use it on asura path.. Besides Kirins speed is overrated it takes 1/1000 second to hit the ground but it has prep time as well and St lasts more then 1/1000 of a second so Deva Could Easily Prepare for it .

And Visual Genjutsu doesnt Work On pain hence Why Sound Genjutsu Had to be used

No proof that Amaterasu cannot be absorbed. That's like saying the shinobi who dodges a kunai is unable to dodge it. It was most likely a matter of choice, and Kabuto chose to use Shinra Tensei. What we do know for a fact is that the databook mentions Amaterasu is the ultimate Fire technique and also mentions that Preta paths Blocking Technique Absorption Seal, can absorb any jutsu regardless of transformation. It therefore follows that even tranformation into inextinguishable flames will also be absorbed.

Sasuke doesn't know each path and their abilities so he won't know to go for Naraka path. Pain, however, knows of Itachi's considerable genjutsu skill and Tobi once told him that Sasuke 'made good use of the Sharingan' and would 'surpass Itachi' so Pain would expect genjutsu and avert his eyes. Also, the paths can break illusions for one another should they get caught.

Sasuke's arsenal consists roughly of

Chidori and variations
Kirin
Sharingan genjutsu
Fire techniques
Mangekyo Sharingan's Tsukuyomi(which he used on Bee)
Amaterasu
Susanoo
Hawk Summoning.

Deva Path can pull his hawk close with Shinra tensei and have Asura Path obliterate it with missiles.

Preta can absorb his fire technique and Chidori, as well as the variations.

His shuriken will be repelled. However, it would be more prudent for it to be shielded by Animal Path's panda summon.

His genjutsu, like I've said, will be avoided by them averting their eyes. Pain can use the eyes of his summons to watch Sasuke while the paths can look away.

His Amaterasu will be absorbed by Preta(its ninjutsu) Jiraiya said the paths always stick to combos, so even if Sasuke manages to use Amaterasu on another path, Preta would be close enough to go and absorb it off him while the rest deal with Sasuke.

Asura's guided missiles will certainly keep him busy and Pain's crab is capable of create a deluge which would make the ground too slippery to stand on, which could prevent Sasuke from moving too well.

Susanoo is not much of a problem. Summons can be used to shield its arrows(even you noted that they can be summoned without wasting time on hand seals) Preta can also absorb the arrows and its Amaterasu projectiles or Shinra Tensei can be employed as a last resort to repel them.

Pain can use Bansho Ten'n to pull Sasuke(even with Susanoo) close enough for Preta to absorb the ethereal construct and for Asuma to either oblierate him with a missile or any other path to stab him with a chakra blade(perferably at a vital)





Of course the easy way to deal with him is Chibaku Tensei

Avoiding the eyes would leave ALL of them open to Amaterasu, not that they would be able to react to it anyway. This absorption would only work if anyone is able to sense Amaterasu and we saw it in Nagato versus Itachi fight that he never saw Amaterasu coming. Since he can't sense it, Petra Path cannot react to it, and if he cannot react to it, he is taken out. The second any path is revived through Nakara path, he will be obliterated the next second.

Using God-Realm/ Deva Path's high tier abilities - Almighty Push and Chibaku Tensai - would make the paths recovery speed much longer :

I have aforementioned that the summons would take the role of being the eyes of the Six Paths. They would stare into Sasuke's eyes and since Sasuke cannot know which is looking at his eye at the time(as he would be busy fighting the Paths), he cannot know to genjutsu the summons. When the threat of Amaterasu comes, the summons, without Sasuke's knowledge, would see it and Pain would either

Summon an animal to act as a shield, then later have Preat absorb it off the summon or Deva repel it off the summon.

Or allow Preta stand at the forefront to absorb the Amaterasu as it comes.


Chibaku Tensei won't be destroyed by a few Entons. Six Tailed Naruto fired a TBB at the sphere and nothing happened. Sasuke's arrows and Enton have not shown immense penetrative or destructive power comparable to a TBB. It is more likely that the Enton attack would simply become a part of the sphere. Then Sasuke would be sucked into it as well, and killed.

Pain's interval, even for a Shinra Tensei powerful enough to push back several hundreds of Naruto clones, is still five seconds. In those five seconds the other paths can fight. Animal path's summon can shield Sasuke's attacks and Preta can absorb them as well. Asura's guided bombs and other summons from Animal will keep Sasuke on the defensive until Deva's interval in completed. Naraka will remain furthest away from Sasuke and will revive any fallen. If Shinra Tensei could repel three gigantic toads to the far reaches of Konoha with ease, then it follows that the counterpart Bansho Ten'n will be able to draw in such large masses with ease. I don't think Susanoo is heavier than three boss toads, do you?

Sasuke doesn't stand a ghost of a chance.

Deva had no intent to kill Naruto but capture him. With intent to kill and possibility to use everything possible to kill, Chou Shinra tensei or CT will finish Sasuke

@shelke, they can evade that shit. It aint as fast as real Amaterasu. They'll mostly be used a shields and distractions and also eyesight for when the paths are looking elsewhere. If Sasuke decides to focus his efforts of the summons, then the paths will deal with him with Bansho Ten'n+Preta path then Asura missiles.
