I'm going with Pein cause they don't feel pain, share line of sight, use chakra sticks, can revive themselves and can simply overpower any opponent in a 6on1 fight

Only advantage Nagato has is that he's slightly stronger than each one of them individually.

What do you mean by "prime" Nagato? Anyway i always was under the impression that Pain was stronger than Nagato. Many disagree with it on this base though and i don't know why. Pain has the number advantage, has high mobility in the contrary of Nagato, are dead bodies(so can't die), can resurect themselves(if Nagato dies, then he is dead), can use Rinnengan share vision fully and attack from different positions to make things difficult to handle. Sure Nagato has more fire power, but overall Pain is better i believe. In this fight Nagato like i've said, eventhough has more power lacks those advantages, so i see Pain winning over him

not quite, since one is being controlled by madara and should not have any prior knowledge but im making an exception here

This is a toughie, it comes down to speed and Chakra supply.

Nagato knows his paths; knows their strengths and weaknesses and which one's to take out quick.

People forget that the paths never displayed the 5 basic chakra natures; except Yahiko, who used it in life as well.

Nagato showed raw speed that after a full power shinra tensei, he was able to catch up to Bee, all without muscle memory,
Nagato's true speed potential can only be speculated at.

I'd say Nagato, simply because the path's abilities are far too spread out to be effective.
