Let me start with Kakashi:

But the way I think Kakashi will Deafet Obito is by thing the truth of why he killed rin , but it will be to late for Obito to go back & it will resort to death.
& for those who said Kakashi won't fight Obito
But I do think Minato will come in to bring Past emotions.

Kakashi used to be weak with His sharingan, Because
Kakashi's chakra significantly drained; especially considering that Kakashi is a non-Uchiha. Initially, he could only handle two uses in a single day, left crippled for over a week from a third use, and had poor control at aiming it.However, after much practice, he can now even control the size of it to only affect the target he chooses, and use precise aim to warp speeding targets. He can also use it twice in quick succession, without showing immediate chakra drain and fatigue, to counter Sasuke Uchiha's Susanoo arrows. By the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Kakashi became able to use it several more times in a single day, even with multiple other chakra-taxing techniques, and recover from an over-usage much quicker. His skill has grown to the point that he can use this technique on himself.
Even Obito, who mastered his variation of Kamui, openly acknowledged Kakashi's great skill with the technique.While battling Obito, Kakashi attempted to use Kamui to behead the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path: an object of significant size and mass, failing only because of Obito's intervention.His finesse allows him to safely warp chakra-based techniques, like the Rasengan, or even shadow clones without disrupting them, at such speed that Obito himself was fooled into believing Kakashi failed and dispelled the technique instead. While originally demonstrating only long-range use, Kakashiis also able to use Kamui at a short-range. With this new proficiency, Kakashi is also able to teleport himself at will.

Since this technique is shared by two different users of the same pair of eyes, both parties can use their own technique to counter the effectiveness of the other, thus making it useless to use against one another directly.Obito can extend this negation to targets outside of his own body, as he negated Kakashi's attempt to decapitate the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path's head.Similarly, Kakashi was able to escape Obito's attempt to trap him in the other dimension.
