Obito simply wanted to sync Sasuke to gedou mazo after he was informed that Nagato is dead so there was no way to rvive madara. So he wanted to replace Nagato, not Madara, with Sasuke.

Does Sasuke even have tsukuyomi? That's part of why I loved Itachi so much. Anyone can throw a punch and use a powerful jutsu, but to mind rape someone is just boss level.

This debate has been going on for a long time now, but it stopped lately. When I joined it was fierce. That was almost a year ago, and my opinion still hasn't changed that I doubt that Sasuke has tsukoyomi.
