[Technical Issue] Why can't I leave VM's for some members

In the last couple of days I've came across a few members that I wanted to VM but when I went to their profile nothing would come up. It would have everything else but their conversations or the function to leave a message.

Is it a technical issue?

This is true. You can set it so that only your friends can contact you via VM.
