From the latest chapter, we've seen how Tobirama used FTG_S to wound Izuna. Now From what I saw, I'd say it was ST and it doesn't require any chakra seals unlike Minato' FTG.
Many people have been saying that Minato had learned Tobirama' FTG, but couldn't do it without the seals.
So bearing in mind that Minato died at a very young age and was in an era of constant battle and skirmishes which probably didn't give him much time to master his techs. On the other hand if we look at Kabuto/Oroshimaru, both of em had spent huge amounts of time learning and mastering the impure world resurrection in their hideouts, which is another Tobirama tech, and have become very sufficient with it, as we've seen from the latest chapters.
Minato died in his early 20s, meaning that he had learned FTG when he was younger than 20 years old and then learned FTG V2 afterwards in his 20s. He must've been working on his FTG V3 after V2. I believe Minato' V3 is FTG without the need for any tags/seals. I mean Minato was hailed by Jiraiya and everyone else as a genius who appears once in a million years Even the 3rd Raikage and his son A recognized Minato as the Leaf Mighty Flash, and considering how Minato was all about perfection and the safety of the leaf, I think he was on the verge of advancing his FTG to V3, but unfortunately he died.
Minato has been revived now, so if we assume he's got FTG V3; is there anybody on the battlefield who can beat him?
