Hello, the problem is, most of the threads about staff contains spam, aggressive posts and abusive opinion. I like to know what other members think about us, so I don't mind posting and reading through threads such as this one, threads with a level of maturity. We don't delete threads because we want to, we delete them because they don't belong on this forum for certain reasons.

ENOUGH. this is not only rule breaking in itself.But have you stopped to think why your tread was deleted? possibly character bashing or insulting people. hell even in the wrong section.Please go re read the rules and get a better knowladge of what is right and what is wrong.As it seems it is only the newermembers who are complaining.Andlike all sites.When your new you tend to skip a few rules.

You know. You're complaining about the mods right? Well.. Umm.. You're making new threads out of hate for the mods deleting the threads. Well most are. We have the right to discuss.. Yes.. But they have the right to delete threads made out of hate. Not saying this one is. Still.

Your totally not seeing this at all. Im only asking them what is the issue, if i was making out hate for them deleting the thread, then i would be banned on the spot. I only want to discuss and figure out how we can make this better and not worse. I mean if you havent noticed alot posters arent happy.

Then why are you the only one caring about us? There are other mods out there other than you. I do, however, enjoy that you're at least talking to us, but the other mods should do the same.

The problem is, there's been a few threads with plenty level of maturity. It's called critisim. And each of those threads got deleted. They weren't hate threads.

Thank you! Thats all i wanted to know. But some of these threads are hate threads, many of us posters wanted to FIX the problem. And you kind made it seem like " i hate this thread, DELETE" kind of thing going on and thats why alot posters arent really happy and to be honest, you kind of made it uncomfortable for some.

I don't think we've ever spoken before, but I think that in itself is the problem. I think that there need to be more moderators. Just so that they can cover more ground and be more personable. I've looked at the list of moderators and it's not a long one. This problem is similar to the 'teacher/student ratio issue'. You know?

Ok, time to get serious for a moment.

First off, I would like to express my gratitude to the moderators and administrators, who gives me a site where I can discuss things I like to talk about, while at the same time I can download the manga and anime every week. For that you have my everlasting gratitude.

Now for the negative: I feel like some of you treat us like children. While some may be children, most of us are at least teenagers(which isn't the best age either) or above.

The solution: All I want to ask is some respect and a little freedom for criticism. Everyone learns from criticism, if you're willing to take it. If things are discussed a little bit more in the open, things will probably get better. This goes for us as well, not just the mods and the admins.

Again, thank you for what you do, I appreciate it a lot.

Exactly this. If you had a few more mods it would be better. Drizzy.. You're personable and I like you already just for being honest with us. More mods like you would be much appreciated. There can't be one mod to 20 posters.

Yes, But im pretty sure you guys have alot messages and mines would only get washed away. Making a this thread is for you guys to SEE sinc you are mods and let other users come in and also express themselves and also why not take care of the trolls and not delete a hot threads ya know? Telling us "not" to make threads where we discuss how we feel the base is being run is wrong. Keep the post up and delete the trolls.. Not the whole thread.

Also.. Why not make a new section where we can have new ideas? I'd love that. I love that I can talk about things.. But just because one word sounds mean shouldn't make the thread pointless in your eyes.

I completely agree with you, however, these types of topics are a concern for the masses. And I wish the trolls wouldn't show up to such serious events, like you said, but it happens.

Seriously? Come on. This is something that needs to be discussed as a whole, not through individuals.

At times, the thread itself isn't the problem, but the content within is. There can be a mature thread, but in that thread, other members spam and flame. Sometimes it will just be too much effort to deal with everything individually, so at times the entire thread is closed or trashed.

I don't just delete threads I dislike, there are quite a few threads I dislike, yet at this moment they're still open and going. For example, all those threads about the staff, I deleted a majority of them because they were basically spam, opinions are welcome, but in a mature way. An example is the "numbers" guy, I deleted the same thread about five times, it was time for him to go, which is why he's now banned.

If there's a need for more mods, then the admins will add more. That's if there are enough mature members that can handle responsibility without breaking though.
