I would say 50-50.

Rock Lee has the power to open gates.
Upto Gate of Limit i think or whatever it is.
Rock Lee was able to attack Sasuke easily before the Chuunin Exams.
I would go 50-50 with Rock Lee.

Their base taijutsu and speed was roughly the same. Sasuke has fire and chidori + ninja tools. Lee never uses them.
His sharingan gives him taijutsu advantage and more likely can read drunken fist.
If lee goes 5th gates sasuke can go CM V2. Lee suffers far greater consequences for using it,while sasuke can tank good damage, then finishes him.

But it should be lovely pure taijutsu fight

Drunken fist cannot be read ,its like you can say sasuke can track bee swords.Also Sasuke and Lee can't just compete in taijutsu because Lee is a taijutsu specialist and Sasuke is not .

Lee's movements are unpredictable while his drunk. The Sharingan can only see linear type movements as shown by Sasuke's fight with Bee.

Sasukes taijutsu is not one Lees level, just to clarify. He only copied Lees taijutsu forms to help him gain some more speed.

Oh please, sasuke could even read, red chakra of naruto. Sharingan gives u better and faster perception think of it as u can process 100 frames per second in every detail
