I think Hashirama is way stronger than Itachi and Sasuke combined.
Reason no 1
Itachi and Sasuke are very bad Tag Team. During uchihaa bro vs Kabuto fight , Itachi mentioned that sasuke was still very bad team partner and Itachi had to save sasuke's ass a lot of time.Although they are brothers they cant fight along each other very well so Hashirama has a big advantage to create chaos and use the weak link i.e sasuke as bet to hurt stronger Itachi.
Reason no 2
Bringer of Darkness + pollen grains from flower
This is an ultimate genjutsu that would Darken the battlefield and uchihaa bros will have hard time dealing with this. In addition to trees flower jutsu , with sleep inducing pollens will make the life of uchihaa bros hell and they will have to stay inside susanoo all the times. This will deplete the chakra of uchihhaa bros tremendously , especially Itachi because he has very low chakra and could get blind too.
Reason no 3
chakra level.
Itachi and sasuke both have very less chakra.
Itachi vs jiraiya itachi himself mentioned that He was getting very tired after using his M.S and needed an immediate rest while retreaing
Itachi vs sasuke This battle only lasted about few hours and Both of them were exhausted to hell. Itachi died due to exhaustion
Sasuke vs killer B, sasuke vs kages, sasuke vs danzou these all battle lasted only few hours at most but sasuke nearly died in all battle
But look at hashirama. He fought madara for more than 1 day but still not even a sweat droop off his face. That shows the endurance level of Hashi. so long battle = Hashi's victory
Reason no 4
Tsukuyomi is useless against hashi bcoz he is pro at fighting sharingan. esp experience from fighting madara. + his wood mokuton kage bushin is virtually flawless and only madara can see the difference. BTW he can make hundreds of those clones
Reason no 5
amatersu cant even burn off kages meeting hall's wall nor it burnt off raikage's hand quick enough, nor it could burn gara's sand or fodder samurai's armour in quick time. so it proves it is slow and take a lot of time to burn. while Hashirama can create forest after forest of strongest wood to amatersu is just a waste of uchihaa chakra.
Reason no 6
Hashi seems to be medium or long range fighter so Itachi wont have change to stab him with totsuka sword , nor he can izanami him because he fights from distance and uses clones often. similarly sasuke's amatersu arrow will be blocked by trees growing randomly and freely just like gara's sand.
Reason no 7
hashirama's wooden dragon is good to fight susanoo because it absorbs chakra just like it does to tailed beasts so this wooden dragon can suppress both itachi's and sasuke's susanoo + his other big collosal wooden summons who tanked TBB can put on a good fight against susanoo +that 1000+ hand Buddha can play football outta itachi's and sasuke's susanoo.
Reason no 8
Hashi have best healing tech and he can regenerate instantly so he don't have to worry getting hurt bcoz he can heal fast. just imagine tsunade can still be alive and heal other kages whereas Hashirama's helaing tech is said to wayyyyy surpass tsunade.
Reason no 9
Hashi has life time experience fighting thousand of uchihaas.
while Sasuke is noob and Itachi has fought no better ninjas than kakashi,or arrogant orochimaru and noob sasuke

Hashirama has Sage mode for unlimited chakra while both sasuke and itachi has very limited amount of chakra+ Itachi is weak and suffering from H.I.V
so it proves Hashirama >>>>>>>>>> uchihaa bros
