Ok, so i've seen some theories that Naruto doesnt have the senju's dna, only the uzumaki.
so im gonna explain it to you how i think he has.
fist is this, THE SAGE OF THE SIX PATHS HIMSELF.
Obito already stated that the S06P sealed the jubbi(10 tails) to himself. But the juubi's chakra was so massive and so foul that if he were to die it would escape to the seal and terrorize the world once more.
Fearing this, on his death bed he used all of his power to divide the juubi's chakra into nine and with that chakra removed, it's actual body blasted to the sky and it became the moon.
then before all of that he had a two son. then those two son became which we known the Senju and Uchiha clans.
and we all know SO6P himself choose the senju as his succesor right?
so what does this has to do with Naruto having senju's blood? we already saw the jinchurikis right? and everyone of them can do the tailed cloak but they can't do the way naruto can do, the nintails chakra mode or the Biju mode. (WHICH EVERY MODE HE DID WHEN HE FUSED HIMSELF WITH NINTAILS HE ALWAYS GOT THE MAGATAMA IN HIS UPPER CHEST)
so if somebody mention "because they didnt had the chance to control it" well why does Bee don't have it then? not to mention when he fought kisame he did only 8 tails cloak he didnt transform to something like he'll become somekind of octopus man or something.
but my answer is,
Naruto has the senju's blood not to mention a uzumaki blood himself, because his a senju (which the S06P choose to become the succesor) he got the magatama's right, going with it. the tailed beast is the sage of the six paths chakra himself. so if somebody has the senju or the uchiha's pure blood, they could get the modes like naruto or the sage.
