We have seen him fight madara like a million times and he supposedly he fought kakuzu and let him off. Seemed like during the war he was the only one to fight madara as if he wanted no one else to get hurt or hurt him. He is super nice doesn't seem to want war or to even fight. It also seems that in their final battle that he let madara go not killing him yet again. Even naruto killed a few guys. What do you think?
