Similar things were said about shinra tensei, yet we saw that it had its limits also. Its safe to say the rest of the rinnegan abilities do as well. Preta path soloing BM Naruto is ridiculous. Hes much too fast for it to keep up with him. Taijutsu is all hed need

Anybody could kill literally anybody. I could sneak up and stab Madara in the back of the head and it would be the same effect.

No shiniobi will ever or be able to sneak up on madara.
And its not the same effect because hidans unlike what you stated is an ability.
