Is kakashi the solo king?

Well itachi has this nickname, but i think kakashi diserves that more.

(Itachi > Kakashi i know, i'd never say kakashi > itachi)

But i think KAKASHI is the one who can potentially solo almost everyone exept obito, it's even in the databook, there are no counters to kamui, just using the other kamui eye, even if you're very fast you will be MAYBE caught in kamui, because kakashi can warp so fast that obito with MS and RINNENGAN didn't see kakashi warping BM naruto.

Kakashi can't beat minato, 3rd raikage, A, Itachi, Hashirama, Sasuke, madara etc... But he's almost the onlyone who can POTENTIALLY solo everyone exept obito, i mean kakashi would never warp hashirama because hashirama is stronger and kakashi beating hashirama would ruin the plot.

I mean, he is the only one who can "potentially" beat madara or hashirama (via kamui, i know this wouldn't happen, is just potentially)
