[Nintendo DS] Anyone plays MH? Any title? I have a few questions.

I got my MH3U copy yesterday so like i've been searching for resources all day and trying to make myself a decent newbie armor, but, i need "Pelagicite ore" and "King's Frill" and i don't know, i don't know how to get the King's Frill and where to mine Pelagicite ore. Also i would like to know: Is there a way to visit another area without the need of a quest?

You can only find Pelagicite ore underwater. You can get it at the Flooded Forest in area 1, 3, 5, and 6, IIRC.

As for King's Frill, you need to complete a Great Jaggi hunt and make sure you break the head/frill. Try capturing it and using tranq bombs as soon as it begins limping, and you have a higher chance of getting one.

I don't think you can visit the areas outside of quests, so you'll have to multi-task during a quest in those areas.

It is, the game is awesome! are you getting it for wiiU or 3Ds?

Thank's man! and i had no idea it was G Jaggi, i already hunt this guy twice i'm guessing the king's Frill is Rare 4/5, oh well, gotta keep hunting then x)

Yeah, Kings Frill is easy as hell to farm; just break the G Jaggi's head. He's a dead simple monster, so you can hunt him over and over.
