......they were able/allowed to stick around and help the present generation of shinobi and future generations of shinobi with things like understanding the ways of shinobi,the true meaning of shinobi,what it means to be a kage and also maybe even help teach the shinobi awesome jutsu to make them strong enough to face any threats also with this in mind how awesome would it be if the 4 hokages taught naruto loads of awesome/powerful jutsu and maybe even help him aquire more elemental affinities and tobirama could teach naruto awesome water jutsu,minto could teach him some sealing techs and the flying thundergod jutsu,hashirama could teach naruto some techs from his scroll/s hiruzen could teach naruto some of his techs etc and also hiruzen could teach konohamaru some sarutobi techs basically what i amsaying is that if the 4 hokages were allowed to stay they could teach the present and future generationsof shinobi alot.

It would be handy incase say in the future there's uchihas that don't like a senju or whatever cause of all the stuff the uchiha went through in the past kinda a bit like how madara was and how sasuke is with hashirama and naruto and at least with those 4 around they could help prevent the cycle from continuing etc basically with those 4 around the could help the future generations learn from the mistakes of the previous generations to prevent there from being another madara,obito or sasuke.
