I remembered that Tobi said that if Itachi knew something he (Tobi) was die, so I said Itachi was stronger, even that I think Tobi is the stronger one.

I don't say who is the strongest inside Akatsuki, I said who is stronger overall, let's say if Pein and Tobi will Rampage villages, Pein will destroy 10 and Tobi will 2 at the same time...

Why is tobi below itachi and pein? Tobi is far more superior to both of them and tobi knew pein identity before the current akatsuki was created

Pretty much my list, except I would put Kisame higher above Itachi but below Nagato. Kisame has chakra reserves comparable to a tailed beast and his ultimate technique absorbs ninjutsu and grows bigger. Itachi could defeat Kisame no doubt, but Kisame could easily fight hordes of people while Itachi is more of a one on one fighter.
