We just got our answer as to why Tobirama created Edo Tensei. Well it isn't directly said, but if you think about it Tobirama will want to do what Madara said for the sake of the village(s)(MAYBE). Though Hashirama will say no no no, I'm not killing you, and vice versa. So Tobirama will create edo tensei in (x) amount of time and try to/successfuly put it to use. That was a breathe full.
