The two different EMS Madara's and what it means for Sasuke

The EMS Madara that we saw today was a very early "prototype" that didn't have much experience with EMS. Since Konoha hadn't been founded by the time of the latest chapter and thus the Senju hadn't established their relationship with the Uzumaki (it's shown that this relationship wasn't established until Hashirama was leading under the Konoha flag) it's extremely likely that Madara had yet to be married to Mito yet (marriage likely result of Uzumaki-Senju relationship).

What this means is that it was likely 20+ years after the events of today's battle that Madara and Hashirama had their final fight. I can say this since Hashirama and Mito would have had to have had kids and then one of their kids would have had to have had Tsunade before the Hashirama vs Madara final clash (It's been stated that Hashirama died shortly after that fight).

Edit: Also a few chapters back, in the beginning of the flash back during their last battle, Madara clearly states that he's "different then before" which hints towards at least a decent amount of time having passed between the two encounters.

With that in knowledge what does this all mean? Well, it means that it likely took Madara quite a while before he acquired Perfect Susanoo and it's stabilized forum. What it means for Sasuke is that he likely won't get a Susanoo as powerful as Madara's for a very long period of time.

That aside, good topic; I agree with a lot of what you showed here. The pacing for the latest chapter was a bit wild and I think a few people were left confused on when that battle was happening. This'll definitely help clear that up for quite a few. Madara went down with Hashirama and Tobirama still standing, so he still has a long way to go before that final clash regardless.

Yah, plot-no-jutsu could definetely speed up the processes.

Yeah, thats why I have been saying the Naruto vs Sasuke fight should happen after a time skip. They can both be in their primes that way.
