3 things we know from this chapter.

1. Hashirama was always stronger than Madara
2. Izuna got butt raped and by killed Tobirama
3. Senju were always better than the Uchiha

Though, why didn't we find out how Madara got the MS in the first place, or how Hashirama got Mokuton? I think we should of found out to be honest. At least now we know why Madara turned truly evil in the first place, it was Izuna's death, but hopefully we'll find out how they got their power.

I'm starting to think they killed their other brothers, then Madara killed the fatally wounded Izuna. No proof, but just a funny feeling regarding the recent chapter.

Maybe Kishi thought it would make the flashback too long......or maybe he is waiting for the time when Madara tells his side of the story. I think it would be best heard from Madara's mouth and not Hashirama as he may not know how he acquired it. Just that he had it.

Well Mokuton is a kekkei genkai so he was born with it in his blood, I bet through he awakened it through sheer training or maybe something traumatic happened (Such as Haku awakening Ice release when his father tried to kill him)

I feel Izuna kinda got insulted in this chapter. Hashirama says that he meant more to Madara than Sasuke did to Itachi, or at least someone said that, and yet he's mortally wounded and we don't see his final moments or the exchange of eyes to Madara? That's just not right and I feel an insult to his character.

Also disappointed to not see the Mokuton origins either. Why is Hashi the only one to have it among the Senju? Or anyone for that matter. It just feels lazy all of it. No explanations and scenes being omitted that shouldn't.

That too, but obviously not when Madara first activated his Sharingan. Maybe it was after Izuna was injured? Something strange happened, and Madara showing his EMS and saying his brother died seemed a bit off to me...

Izuna doesn't play a bigger role to the plot than giving Madara his eyes and increasing Madara's hatred. I don't know why people always thought he'd play such a big role...
