I know a lot of you won't like it, but I just have to vent a little.

I'm getting so sick and tired of Kishi changing manga facts over and over! Now it's Izuna, who was said to have died on the battlefield as a blind shinobi. Now all of a sudden, he died of the wound Tobirama inflicted upon him. Kishi can make a loophole though, and just say that it was a folktale, something people made up, but he was completely fodderized by Tobirama... Uuuugh...

Sorry guys!

Well, the Databook said: "Izuna, who gives his eyes to his older brother, eventually dies in battle."

This sentence could have been misunderstood by us. You know, if you read it more carefully it makes sense.

Maybe :O I just hope it's finished soon so it will get a proper ending, and things don't get too screwed up.

Itachi's version of the story was part of his lie to make Sasuke a hero.

Obito\Tobi's version of the story was whatever Madara wanted him to believe.

This most current version from Hashi seems to be the truth. Izuna was going to die anyways, so he told his brother to take his eyes and use them against the Senju.

We obviously see Izuna doesn't trust the Senju & that Madara was 100% about revenge for his brother.

no Madara said that wound was the cause of his death.

You can get wounded and still live for quite a while, for all you know that wound ended up completely changing Izuna's fighting style
He may have had the eyes for battle but the body was no longer as able as it once was.

You can vent, but open your mind to the story, not everything is explicit, as i said before Hashirama can appear with a haircut in the next chapter, and people will freak out over the time frame, and how fast hair can grow before their next fight as we saw him with long hair

and also, the information we recieved was from Tobi and Itachi, BOTH at the time of passing this info, were manipulating sasuke

Itachi as part of his rouse to have sasuke find closure in his death

and Tobi, as tobi mixed in truth of itachi with lies to push sasuke unknowingly to his way

doesn't make it fact

Don't blame Kishi, blame your understanding, wait till the story is over then pick out all the holes you want

Maybe he gave him his eyes before succumbing to the wound Tobirama inflicted? I'm slightly confused myself.

Man... I said I'm cool with it if Kishi makes it like a folktale or something. I understand the story, but I don't think Kishi does at all times.

Yes, that's what he did, but it was said that after he gave his eyes to Madara, he still fought in a battle or a few after that. But now it was stated that the wound Tobirama inflicted was the reason for his death.

:what: Seriously.... I feel Kishi has yet again succeded in making people believe something different from what actually happened..... While it looks obvious that Izuna died by Tobirama's attacks wound.... I don't think he died of Tobirama's attack.... Kishi never showed Izuna's death scene.... Kishi will reveal it as a plot twist later that Madara killed Izuna.... :D :D

All of the stories about Izuna's death are secondhand accounts. First Tobi (the databook was based on that) and then Madara. Also, the flashback about Madara is being told through Hashirama. I wouldn't be surprised if Sasuke wanted to go find Madara next to corroborate Hashirama's version and if there's another flashback telling Madara's version or Edo Izuna I'm going to want to punch something.

Unless Sasuke's brain finally starts working and he actually figures out what his brother has been telling him over and over and over about illusions and reality and assumptions and preconceptions and stuff. It almost seems that the actual Curse of the Uchiha is this neverending obsession with digging up the Truth.

Man, don't say scary stuff like that. I don't want ANYMORE flashbacks xd I'm just tired of them, they don't get me excited anymore. But yeah, Hashirama has said some things that will contradict what "Tobi" said to Sasuke, so I wonder what his reactions will be, if he even has one.

Well, it was nice to see, however...Izuna had a mangekyou, at least, this has been told to us.

Thats why I find it so srange to see he died of a swordslash, since he could likely use susanoo to defend against it.
