that wasn't a space time attack.. It had velocity and movement in the slice.. similar to any of mifune's attacks..

Madara became leader when he got MS .. true but what does it have to do with him seeing through hashi clones?
Also , Madara clearly said that only his EMS eyes could see through hashi clones.
