Naruto is the worst match up for Itachi? [Not a versus thread]

I believe that Naruto with [Bijuu Mode, Kyuubi Mode, Sage Mode] is the worst possible Opponent for Itachi Uchiha. With The Speed of Naruto and him being a Perfect Jin, Itachi can do little to naruto,

Genjutsu: Wont Work on Naruto. Being a Perfect jin.

tsukuyomi: naruto can escape it [Perfect Jin]

Amaterasu: Naruto is too fast for it. [Sasuke and riakage dodged it]

sword of totsuka: Naruto is too fast again to be sealed by it [Nagato got sealed by it because he was standing still]

Susano'o/Yata Mirror: Itachi can not keep his susano'o for long as it strains his eyes while Naruto has Near Infinate chakra

Izanami: Naruto Know's who he is/Accepts himself. [He fought his Inner Hatred/Reincarnation of the sage]

lol, yes but itachi lacks of chakra and stamina, naruto is monster in those catogary

Itachi has poor chakra? Then why is he an uchiha? Itachi has low stamina because of his illness
While naruto being an uzamaki helps his stamina, the kyuubi is what supplies his chakra.

I'd have to agree with you here....the key thing that people have to understand is limitations that Itachi has.

1. Chakra/Stamina- meaning he has little of both, and as such he can't play his most powerful cards all the time.
2. Illness- if low stamina stats weren't enough, he is also faced with desiese that can easily hinder the best of us.


Naruto could basically dodge Itachi until the latter is exhausted.


The one thing Itachi does have as an advantage is intelligence as opposed to Naruto's ingenuity....and it is always possible to caputre/ trap an enemy if you think it out well enough.

Agreed, Naruto can take Itachi now. Don't forget Naruto has been fighting Uchiha since he was 12. He has a good amount of experience fighting both Sharingan and Mangenkyo Sharingan.

True Itachi is a genius but specializes in genjutsu which is now rendered useless against Naruto. And Naruto has shown he can hold is own in a one vs one against Itachi's taijutsu as he demonstrated when he fought against Both Itachi and Nagato.

So yeah I agree...but you know the Itachi fans are gonna flame the hell out of this thread soon my friend...soon^_^

nope, I meant that Naruto Fought his inner self, and He is the incarnation of the sage meaning that he has only good inside him, No doubt [A Hero with a good heart].

OT: Naruto can beat Itachi but if he gets caught in Tsukuyomi he isn't escaping as he obviously doesn't share Itachi's blood.

naruto makes 20 clones and does TBB barrage :| .. yata mirror only protects you from a 180 degree angle not to mention that susano itself is slow and compared to naruto's speed ..

Naruto's clones haven't shown the capability to replicate the Kurama cloak.

We don't Know what Obito did to yagura. [Many people believe Obito doesn't have tsukyomi] so that's invalid.
Infinite tsukyomi is with the juubi. Itachi doesnt have that.
Nagato got caught with the blade because Kabuto was controlling him and He was standing still.

Then why was kabuto coursing at his lack of mobility? Kabito wanted him to evade that move correct?
Obito ised sharingan genjustu to control yugura just like he did konan.

Naruto would beat regular Itachi with atleast mid difficulty, with itachi's poor stamina/chakra and strain of susanoo and amateratsu.
Edo Itachi would be a different story with naruto winning mid-high
and Itachi winning high diff

Naruto can easily take itachi now. aside from the points you mentioned, he has clones, which is itachi's worst nightmare. in the few times naruto has faced itachi he's either not made a single clone or had already split himself into clones which were elsewhere. if he makes a bm clone genjutsu would become useless, and itachi lacks the power or stamina to challenge naruto. he's on a different level now.

Sage mode also grants him great tiajutsu. COme at me Itachi fanboys U_U
