maybe sage of 6 path is his meaning

because ya used the rikudou sennin and ero-sennin just said "Rikudou sennin" no the in it

Rikudo means 6 PATHS. Sennin = SAGE. That's where the translation "Sage of 6 Paths" comes from. So obviously this isn't his real name. We'll just have to wait and find out when (or should I say IF) we get the flashback of the Sage of 6 Paths VS Deidarabochi, the 10 Tails.
