Who can survive Madara's Meteor technique?

Backstory: So Madara just finishes reading Naruto chapter 623 and is so pissed at how slow the flashback is progressing that he decides to drop the twins.

So who can actually survive the technique? Survive can be by any method like space time, running away, destroying the meteors etc. They just have to be alive after the technique is over.

I feel most of the upper class ninja can survive this technique if we're just going by the factors you mentioned... keep in mind that it was only small fodder ninja that mention they couldn't run away in time....

Now I'm not saying it isn't a BEASTLY shinobi jutsu, but I feel that Madara can't move it very fast and freely and that it kinda just falls... meaning if you are extremely fast or have a supre powerful jutsu of your own, you will most likely survive... the trouble is surviving Madara himself.
