I prioritized them, based on their character traits, morals, quirks, personalities and motivations. We don't take power lvls, EDO's, ESM's or Senju DNA into account. (the same goes for Character Designs)

Chouji Akimichi
Chouji is a very kind, polite, and caring person. His peers would always berate him, telling him that any team that he was on was bound to lose, due to him being overweight. Chouji was upset over the way he was treated by the other children, saying the Akimichi were all fat and stupid. Comforting him, his father told him that few people have a heart as kind and caring as his, and one day he would meet someone who would see that in him and respect him for it, and that eventually they would be the best of friends. That person happened to be Shikamaru, and the two have had complete trust in each other ever since, with Shikamaru being one of the few people to look past Chouji's lack of athleticism, and see that he had a kind heart; recognising Chouji's true strength. Because of this, Chouji has unwavering faith and loyalty to Shikamaru and, if necessary, would give his life for him. These characteristics are said to be his greatest strength by both his father and his teacher Asuma while his greatest weakness was his lack of self-confidence.

Rock Lee
Lee is extremely energetic, single-minded, and over-enthusiastic. He is characterised as being the epitome of a "nice guy" Lee's attempts to prove and better himself are recurring themes for his actions throughout the series. He is generally optimistic, and believes that, with hard work and passion, he can surpass a natural genius, but can be prone to depression when faced with setbacks. He has a keen sense of honour, and respects his opponents, refusing to hold grudges against those who have defeated him, and returning favours to those that have helped him. Lee is known for speaking respectfully to others, being very proper in both English and Japanese language versions, and never using contractions or swearwords. He also uses formal Japanese, applying proper titles (-san, -kun,) to anyone he meets.

Killer B
B is very proud of his own power and also very proud of who he is. He didn't complain while being shunned by the villagers for being a jinchuriki, and was always cheerful and determined. He is also very kind and compassionate, having befriended all the giant animals on the Island Turtle, as well as never expressing any ill will towards Motoi who tried to take his life, nor against the villagers who used to shun him. This caring nature differentiates him from a typical jinchūriki, most of whom are cynical and uncaring towards others due to their circumstances.

Hashirama Senju
Hashirama was shown to be a kind and caring person with a deep sense of loyalty, great charisma, and skill in negotiation. He saw the people of Konoha as a part of his own family, and his legacy took a firm root in the village. He was also shown to be a very wise and insightful man. It was he who first believed that all Konoha shinobi should show true loyalty to each other, and that a Kage must be willing to put his life on the line for his village to set an example for all others. Hashirama also seemed to have a sense of honour regarding his opponents and, despite their rivalry, possessed great respect for Madara Uchiha, and even considered him a friend.Hashirama was an idealist by nature and looked towards the prospect of peace. He always gave people the benefit of the doubt witnessed when he proposed a truce with the Uchiha, considering them allies immediately, even when Madara attacked the village, Hashirama did not allow this to colour his view of the other Uchiha in the village. Hashi is modest, and is by no means above praising other shinobi as he lauded Itachi Uchiha when told of his feats by Sasuke, and claimed Itachi to be a better shinobi than himself. Contrasting somewhat with the expectations people had built up for the man known as the most powerful shinobi to ever live Hashirama is a jovial, laid-back, and exuberant person with an interest in gambling.

Jiraiya
Jiraiya was a self-proclaimed super-pervert with no equal, and a frequent voyeur, going so far as to create the Transparent Escape Technique, to allow him to spy on naked women without being caught (doing "research"). He never actually hid his perversion, and even seemed proud of it. Jiraiya had also been known to show off, even during a fight. This showing off typically included traditional kabuki poses accompanied by dramatic self-introductions, keeping with his hermit theme, even when he was a child. Although he was generally light-hearted and gregarious, Jiraiya could be very serious in a demanding situation, such as fighting Orochimaru, and later, Pein. Despite Jiraiya's eccentric behaviour and prowess as a shinobi, he was a strong believer in peace; his hope being to one day end the hatred that plagued the ninja world. Jiraiya also held a great deal of faith in the next generation, and saw them as the answer to this hate.

Sakura Haruno
Sakura is a hot-headed, overbearing, stern and irritable kunoichi and because of that temperamental mindset, she tends to hit people out of explosive anger and rage on more than one occasion.

Uchiha Itachi

When he was only four, Itachi had already witnessed countless lives lost due to the Third Shinobi World War, which emotionally traumatised him and turned him into a pacifist. While a disgraced man who has lost all he holds dear, Itachi remained a dutiful and selfless individual, caring only for both his village and little brother's well-being; having never fallen victim to his clan's inherited Curse of Hatred that would normally follow the awakening of the Sharingan. Itachi possessed incredible control of his emotions, only showing surprise when opponents proved more powerful than expected, and even then did not lose his composure. He has been shown to have a sense of humour, such as questioning Naruto's claim that no one could survive Nagato's attack when Naruto clearly did, and calling his younger brother a "snake expert" while fighting Kabuto. From a young age, Itachi was very astute with a great respect for the past and his personal history. From this, by the age of seven, his wisdom and understanding of the world was on par with the Hokage, as noted by Hiruzen Sarutobi. He was quick-witted, observant, and intuitive; rarely being caught off guard or deceived.hile Itachi was a powerful shinobi, he was not arrogant, and complimented his opponents at times on their abilities. After his death, Itachi realised that he should not have tried to deal with Sasuke on his own and encouraged Naruto to never forget his friends. Likewise, Itachi took no enjoyment in violence or combat, instead preferring to avoid battle or, if not possible, end it as quickly as he could.
