Madara's Katon are on a much higher level than Sasuke's also in Taijutsu Sasuke gets owned as Madara was able to repel a shinobi twice his size into other ninjas knocking them all down plus if Kirin does come into play it wouldn't do any real damage to Madara as Itachi's Susano'o tanked it and Madara's Susano'o>Itachi's susano'o it wouldn't even lay a scratch on Madara's espcially since Madara's Susano'o can tank a TBB. Also Madara knows way more Uchiha Dojutsu than Sasuke and has had his MS way longer than Sasuke and unlike Sasuke he is a master of the Mangyeko also Madara can redirect Sasuke's ninjutsu back at him with his Gunbai.
