A 40 year old Minato would definitely be one of the top bit ches around. I would expect him to have learnt Sage Mode and a Nature Manipulation Rasengan, seeing as how he had a lot of chakra.

He was one of the strongest eventhough he died young(at 22). I think 40yo Minato would have completed rasengan, maybe mastered Sage Mode(if he didn't already) along with some other techniques, which would have made him more complete

Much stronger. Sage Mode (I don't know why he would need this, he already has hacked reflexes and really doesn't use his strength), hypothetical FTG LV 3, and adding his chakra-nature to rasengan, which may have finally made it a one-shot...

Nah, he'd probably look quite similar to how he's always looked, except I'd expect his hair to be somewhat longer and more ragged, as well as having some small wrinkles like Sakumo Hatake.

He'd probably be significantly more powerful, and still remain as the Hokage.
