He'd be probably intelligent but at the same time lack raw power, he wont or might not be as zealous as he is now , cuz his hokage ambition was driven by the goal of recognition. All this would probably make him weaker (also the kyuubi might have to be taken out)

He definitely would have become a prodigy but I doubt he would have followed the nindo of Never giving up since he would have been a spoiled brat.

One thing you should know is that kurama will still be Naruto's cause definitely his mum will give kurama to him on her death bed he is the only remaining vessel for kurama in the village of konoha

If Minato was alive so would Kushina and I doubt she would seal Kurama in him just for kicks.

i think he would still be hyper-active and short tempered just like his mother and will not have anyone talking down to him......being that he is his mother son he would have alot of chakra more than normal and his recovery rate better.......jutsu wise he would be sharper and better at some jutsu having a father as the hokage knowing naruto would want to be better than him.....and he would have some form of training before enrolling in the academy remember naruto was the worst in the academy because like everyone had someone to help them he was pretty much on his own........so in all he would still be a badass just minus the ninetails......but i still think he might still have some of the nine tails power being that the two of them shared his mother body and naruto was born with a bit of whiskers from the nine tails......
