Hmmm, but still I'd imagine that an entity that gets worshipped along w blood sacrifices, THUS allowing that individual to become immortal.. I'd imagine that entity would at least be something perceivable or ominous as the Shinigami Reaper of the RDS but theres no way to know it's appearance unless kishi pulls something crazy. 'Tis a stagnant theory

RDS isnt a jutsu, its a summoning.
which means its not something anyone ca learn...
you need to form a contract with the shiki fujin...
So the question raised by OP is not relevant, as he cant be able to have immortality & RDS at same time.
