I see..

This is what I mean by us sharing similarities. People fear me as well, so it is not often I find myself talking to others, unless I see that they understand the darkness, such us ourselves. I mean the only other I ever bothered talking to........was her, but now she's dead.

Tsuna and ghan get a message scroll that opens from the council. The message speaks of what actions have been done as the bracelets on tsuna and ghan restain their powers. For the entire sake of the earth realm, the water unfreezes and disappears leaving the people unharmed. You both are then sent back to your own realms as you have lost your powers for the day and if further destruction happens for the day of today you will be restricted to the point of no powers for a week, so on and so forth.
