How do you guys organize battles?

I'm surely guessing its not based on strength seeing as Tsunade is the strongest naruto character by physical strength.
Preparation doesnt count either I'm guessing.

Do you consider both edo and alive abilities? Or are edos not considered.
Does the area factor in at all.

and please tell me how you get around Kakashis kamui because you can't really like..counter it or anything.

Narutoverse characters have their own fightning styles and personalities, i doubt that hidan would do that, but if he does, it's acceptable.. it's hes way of doing things, slashing with scythe, get the blood out and hurt people then ritual = immortality.. I mean im ok with that..
