yeah I pretty much agree , only thing I am pissed about is that Amano sensei cut the manga short without gokudera getting stronger , man he was my favorite character , so much potential was in that manga , no idea why she ended it .

Anyway, I agree. Both Yamamoto and Gokudera should've been shown to become much stronger. They had infinite potential. Reborn always hinted and stated that Yamamoto was a natural hitman, yet he never reached the first Rain Guardian's level.

I know this is your list but how do you put the rest of the arcolebeno after hibari?

He is a tad bit better than Hibari, who wasn't even in his best state (Cambio Forma Ver. X) in the Arcobaleno arc when they fought.

There's actually a list somewhere of strongest to weakest. I can't remember it exactly but it was something like this:
1. Tsuna
2. Hibari
3. Mukuro
4. Reborn
5. Xanxus
6. Yamamoto
7. Enma
8. Byakuran
9. Gokudera
10. Longchamp

It's not official and completely fanbased, but there is a list from the last Popularity Poll wherever it is now. Though I don't get your list at all, characters like Giotto, Alaude, Cozart Shimon never showed any sort of power so it's hard to judge that. I also don't like these power lists, everyone is strong in their own retrospect because of their flames and so on, and how certain flames will naturally prevail over others, like Rain Flames beating Mist Flames, Cloud beating Sun and so on. But clearly, Ryohei is the best one. U_U

That was the list of the fans' favorites. LOL not even close to being the list of the strongest.
We know how powerful Giotto's flames were. We know that he had incredible intuition. Also, Zero Point Breakthrough is OP for HR's standards.
Alaude was said to have been the strongest Vongola of the 1st generation. Plus, he was the outside adviser, so it's obvious that he was beast.
I know that some classes bestes others, yet in general, I believe those I placed in the top 10 deserves to be there.
Ryohei is top 20.
