1. He used Raikiri, not Chidori.
2. It's not impossible to dodge. A dying Itachi had enough time to power-up his Susano'o and take the impact.
3. I doubt Kakashi can cut through Kirin. It's not just a normal lightning bolt.

As i remember first of all Sasuke hat to use fire to make clouds right dosent that takes much of his povers? For a single strike And Kakashi Is originaly invented that jutsu means Its strong Lightning>Lightning Id say Lightning=Lightning.....
