Kakashi was considered a genius without sharingan. I think he could take a sealed Orochimaru. He has better Taijutsu. His Ninjutsu is on par with Orochimaru's, and Oro has not shown any genjutsu feats.

Idk, I mean oro can still do some stuff. He can't use jutsu or summon Manda, but uhhh. He can use rebirth and shit. Idk. Kakashi could use raikiri or chidori but not effectively (no sharingan)

Sorry posted to quickly, but kakashi was a genius. He still has a full arsenal of jutsu and would be awesome if he had his father's short sword.

Eh.... I stopped reading manga for a little while so I can actually be pleasantly surprised when the anime catches up to what i haven't read, but I stopped when they were fighting the Juubi. He didn't have it there. Besides, IMO The chakra saber thing>Zabuza's sword

So is Tsunade, and Kakashi destroys her.

Oro without hands is all melee with no techniques. Kakashi is superior in Taijutsu and can use raiton bunshins and other techniques. He clearly wins.
