1) Kamui is faster than anything Mu can do, so he dies (despite being generally speaking more powerful than Kakashi, he is one of the few characters superior to Kakashi who loses a 1 on 1 fight to him).
2) Invisibility is not instant
3) The last invisibility type tech the Sharingan saw through. I have every confidence it could see through it again
4) If the Sharigan can't see through it, how do you explain EMS Madara owning Mu and Onoki simultaneously without even trying. I'm going to assume the sharingan can see through it, but he can hide his presences from sensors.

Mu's invisibility erases his chakra signature. He can't see his chakra if it isn't there so Mu wins.

i think the only thing that was lacking with that ninja was that he could not erase his chakra like muu cause obito saw him with his sharingan, so i dont see why kakashi cannot track muu the same way

There's no mention about his smell or the air currents thing, though.

His ninken should be able to hear, smell or feel the guy. It's not chakra sensing. It's just sharp senses.

It does erase scent as well so Ninken won't work. Sound won't work when Mu can hover in the air, doubt Kakashi can take advantage of the air currents thing when Mu is flying in the air above him.

He can still fly while using it so he won't need to get close to Kakashi.
