I agree deva insta-wins with chibaku tensei, however the mindset is IC, so does itachi kill him before he decides he need CT?

deva has to concentrate for some time to form CT, during this time he can be stabbed with totsuka easily. not to mention CT is countered easily by several magatamas
itachi wins mid difficulty

Deva Path High Diff .. He has no Counter For Susunoo besides Maybe Large ST or CT << and having to use one of those means its high did

I doubt deva will use CT from the beginning. I think itachi will hide and use a crow clone to perform a genjutsu. Itachi wins in my opinion.

Pain is/was Akatsuki's leader. Zetsu had knowledge on Susanoo and Amaterasu even if he never saw it ( onscreen at least ) so I will go ahead and assume Pain knows how strong Itachi is - that being, second after him.

Thus, he will use CT since it's the only thing that can stop him. Once CT was launched, Pain wins.
