Problems that Prevent Peace

Naruto was prophecised to bring peace to the world, here are the problems that I think he needs to deal with:

1. The tailed beasts: these guys need to be dealt with, the whole using them as a way to balance the nations didn't work and all they do with them is use them as super weapons (plus its wrong to enslave inteligent creatures). Naruto needs to find a permanent solution to the tailed beasts, and insure their freedom as he promised.

2. Communication: the lack of communication between the five Kages is what led to a lot of the problems. The Five Kage Summit was a major step in correcting that. In fact nothing but good has come from the summit the Five Strongest Ninja Villiages are working together for the first time.

3. The Clan System: The Clans of Ninja are a major problem that needs to be dealt with, the existance of Clans is what led to the Uchiha's attempt at rebellion. The Clans form divisions between ninja, they put their loyalty to the clan before the rest of the Ninja.

Not the Tailed Beasts, even if they are tamed many people will crave their power, Naruto needs to find a way to protect them.

I didn't say he would get rid of them, I just said he needs a solution to them, my prefrence is find a place they can live without being hunted.

Naruto did say he would help them after all.

I don't think clans are the problem. It was that they were in war. Then it was clans, later villages, now ideology of the world that causes wars...

1. Problem are non-ninjas in Village. They still fear Tailed Beasts.

jutsu needs to be resealed, you can't have peace when 1-2 people can kill thousands without a scratch. also it's hard to trust people as they may be under some kind of genjutsu.
