But like kishi said you still have fanfic you can read sasukarin fanfiction better romance than kishi can do

nope he only rejected her because he knew she wasn't being honest besides I doubt any pairing happening , Kishi said it himself he doesn't like to do that kind of thing , he struggled writing the scene when sasuke was about to leave and Sakura tried to stop him I doubt he'll do that , and even if he did he'll just show a years later scene with two people standing beside each other or walking together , basically he'll leave it open ended so I don't think anyone should get their hopes up .

Rejected Sakura? But she never confessed. Oh, you mean that fiasco back at the Land of Iron? Lol, does that even count as a confession? last I checked, when you confessed to someone you didn't have another person in your mind. Rather than calling it a confession, I would call it the worst way to try to put an act of love possible for a human being. I understand the reasons behind Sakura's actions, but she did the hard, and stupid way. Too bad for her.
Conclusion, if there is no real confession, then there can't be any real rejection (or approval). The issue kind of was left in standby, after all, war came right after that.
