I want to learn raiton because it is a powerful and very useful element, plus it is also one component of the awesome Dark Release that I would also like to get my hands on. I have heard a lot of good things about Dark Release and it sounds pretty cool.
Raiton's weakness is wind, wind is raiton's natural insulator so it easily whips up and lightning weaker that in till there is nothing.
Raiton's strong against earth, it can easily rip through the group because of the sharp burning power, it turns earth into powerless shards.
Dark Release is one of the two kekkei Genkei's that use raiton, along with fire. The other is swift release, which goes with wind.
Five Raiton Users would be :
Sasuke
Kakashi
A
Darui
aaaaaaand soon to be me U_U haha the last one would be Kakazu, only cause of his masks though :/

I take the piece of paper and quickly draw a troll face on it. I start by gathering in a portion of my chakra, I then mold this chakra into super fast raiton type chakra. I then hold the paper in my hand and channel the lightning through my body and into my arm, then through my arm and into the hand where I release the lightning into the paper and it slowly crinkles up.

I gather a portion of my raiton chakra until I think I have got enough, I then mold it into super fast raiton type chakra for this technique. I then channel the lightning chakra through my body and into my hand which I slam onto the ground, releasing the surge of lightning towards your clone and as the lightning gets to your clone from the ground, it shocks it.

Well, you can use this if there is an object in the way of you, and you don't have to waste time going around it or defending it (if it's a slow moving attack, or slower than the lightning) you can attack with this technique then defend.

But since it's short range it may be harder to attack with this first and defend after, so you have to use it correctly, maybe when the opponent uses hand seals for a move.

Once I have successfully channeled the lightning throughout my body, i release it around me, creating a shield of electricity that covers me and would either protect me from attacks or hurt an oncoming opponent.

The good use for this would be to use it at close range when an opponent comes into close contact with you, they would not have time to counter as this technique can be so quick.

The only thing I would say was bad about this is that it is weak, so it would be a defense that could easily broken, unless used correctly and at the right time.

I gather in my chakra calmly, I then begin to mold it into super fast raiton type chakra. I then proceed to channel it through and into my hand which I hold out in front of me. i then expel and release the lightning, it starts of as sparks as it grows wilder. I then manipulate it into an electric shield. I then extend my arm out to your clone and it explodes, blowing it back and making it disperse.

It's good for close combat attacks, again it is quick and easily made to surprise the opponent. It also covers the front part of your body from on coming attacks.

Since it only covers the front, the opponent has to chance to attack from behind, beneath or below.

I simply want you to gather your raiton chakra up into your hands, then fire a small wave of lighting bolts at my clone.

I gather a portion of my chakra and mold it into super fast raiton type chakra until there is enough for the technique. I then channel this chakra through my body, by holding my hands out the chakra starts to gather into then until there is enough there. I then release the chakra, which creates small sparks at first, but then shoots out as a wave of short lightning that hits the clone and electrocutes it all over.

This is pretty good for close range multiple enemies, as it releases a wave of lightning instead of straight single lines, it covers a better area and can therefore attack a bunch of enemies that are close by.

Though it still cannot protect from the sides above and behind, or even below. Also it's range reduces it's power as it cannot reach so far and can only be used in CC.

I then channel the quick raiton chakra through my body and into my hands which are held out in front of me, I then release a stream of lightning which covers a wider area but only reaches short range. It hits your clone, shocking it and making it jerk around until it disperses.

It's good for wide area attacks, it can take out more than one person and it can be used as a sneak attack when someone hides behind rocks it can bust through it and hit the opponent without them realizing.

Though its reach is limited so you must be close to make this sneak attack and cannot be at range.

I gather a portion of my chakra and mold it into super fast raiton type chakra until there is enough for the technique. By doing this I then emit all this gathered raiton chakra through my body and into the palm of my hand, which I release and manipulate into an electric ball, it sides, floating in my palm, which i then point towards the clone and fire at it, the clone is hit, shocked and dispersed.

KAMEHAMEHA!

This technique can be launched at the enemy which is useful and you don't have to get so close, but it can also hover in your palm until you choose to launch it, so if your wish to get close and hit them with it then; it's your choice.

Though it is a small attack and can be block with a small stream of wind, since it doesn't cover a wide range U_U
