Like you said KA takes prep plus its within his crow, we have seen to overide KA's purpose takes a while and itachi has to engage With the crow. And looking at the kabuto vs itachi fight, if you play your tactics right, you can actually chop itachi in this case it may be lightning blade
, Your also forgetting kakashi uses clones to test his opponants skills so what stopping kakashi from using a clone as a decoy for ka?

Rasen Shuriken isn't doing anything to a his V3 Susanoo with Yata Mirror and as FRS is a Fuuton, Yata Mirror will change its properties and reflect the attack right back at Naruto. And FRS>Senpou Cho Odama Rasengan so that is tanked as well. No Rasengan is ever getting through Susanoo.

Also don't go thinking that KM Naruto can spam clones and use high level moves like FRS constantly, because there is a limit to the chakra Naruto took from Kurama which is used to enter KM. A limit he exhausted during the war when he reverted to Base after trying to make a Bijuu Rasengan against the 3rd Raikage and he wasn't even spamming high level moves like you claim he can.

Personally, Im always talking about Itachi as we know him from manga, from the battle against Sasuke. "Healthy" Itachi? I never seen him in action, so I cant tell how strong he is.

I'm not talking about Healthy Itachi. I'm simply referring to Itachi how he was in Part 1 and early Part 2. When he fought Sasuke he was near death and taking various medications just to keep himself alive, I'm pretty sure he wasn't like that the whole series.

Yata Mirror has already been shown to cover the whole Susanoo. So ALL of KM Naruto's attacks will be reflected. Yata has been stated to repel elemental attacks back at the user. Itachi's Susanoo can already tank FRS without the mirror, so the mirror's chance of repelling any FRS is 100%

Die seconds after activating Susanoo? I suggest you go re-read the manga if you really believe that. Especially since he kept it up for a few minutes before his illness killed him, he also used his V4 Susanoo, not to mention he was near death so a usage of a V3 Susanoo from the start won't kill him so quickly like some seem to believe.

itachi was always a big fish in a small pond, he never fought someone stronger than himself and when he did he lost (clearly)the story just has ways of ****ing shit up,with that being said naruto solos and kakashi could as well(its not like he doesn't have the artillery to solo itachi) naruto just using shadows clones was fighting kage level shinobi and was all over the place,bijuu mode solo'd 5 tailed beast at the same time,with just that feat right their naruto easily and i mean EASILY beats itachi and he probably wouldn't even need a fraction a his power to do so,kakashi is just over kill, seeing how current kakashi can potentially solo itachi if not draw with him.

FRS is an elemental jutsu so it will be blocked. Simple as that.

There hyperbole of Yata Mirror isn't that it changes shape in accordance to the attack, its already proved it can do this so anything else you say is wrong. The hyperbole is that it deflects all attacks without fail.
