Mokuton isn't inheritable since no one else got it naturally. If she had it, she would have used it against Madara.

I can only see slug sage mode as the next step up for her. Unless she has the potential or inherited some of hashirama's dna to use mokotun, then that would be awesome too.

Likely not much we haven't seen. No reason for her to not use her all vs Madara.

If she has another ace up her sleeve it would be pretty stupid not to use it before being cut in half. It's not impossible that she learns something new if she survives this however, but I still think it's more likely that Sakura succeeds her somewhere after this arc.
