Strengths
-It's strong against earth because lightning can travel through it and more scientific stuff that I was to lazy to type.

-It's created from the user minipulating their chakra to resemble the element of lightning by making their chakra vibrate faster.It is used as a weapon(derp) and a means of setting up an opponent to finish him quickly.It paralyzes the opponent also which is why it is used in this fashion.

*I quickly focus my ligtning chakra into my hands then I release said chakra into the air as it is released I change it's form to resemble lightning that goes towards your first clone making him poof on contact after the first 2 paralyze him.*

*I first focus lightning chakra around my body creating a 1 inch space between me and the chakra then I use chakra minipulation to change the shape to resemble lightning I then charge at your clone punching your clone making him poof while being shocked.*
*As the second clone comes up behind me (assuming he's attacking me) I focus chakra all around my body then using chakra minipulation/shape I change it into lightning mesh that as I throw out my arms causes it to rapidly expand and continue expanding hitting your clone and causing him to poof after a second of shocking.*

*I simply focus my lightining chakra into my palm and after a few seconds a visible ball of lightning appears I then throw it low to the ground leaving a dust trail behind it and lightning sparking off of it hitting the ground before hitting the clone in the stomach sending him flying shocking him until it disappears and the clone poofs.*

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
Do the signs and run up a cliff and then cause the stones and rocks to come down and release a wave of electrical energy to go with the rocks and hit my clone.
