If Hashi and Tobirama both lived through the events shown in the manga, why were they resurrected in the state of their physical primes though others have been resurrected in old/weakened states?

Before you say that all Edos are, look at Hiruzen and Nagato. Hiruzen is resurrected as an old man, just as he died. That would not have been his most powerful state because though his mastery of jutsu was still perfect (source: databook), he was past his physical prime and had stepped down to Minato for that reason. Nagato was revived in his weakened state and could not even stand up before taking chakra from Bee and Naruto. Though it was also confusing as he and Itachi had their eyes back.

Does that mean that they died while still young or that Kishi was just inconsistent?

They were resurrected in the state they were in when they died, simply meaning that they died young.

This.....
When Hashirama died, Tobirama became Hokage. When Hiruzen became Hokage (and Tobirama sacrificed himself as a diversion, not without a fight though), Tobirama was still looking flawless.

Hashi said he spoiled Tsunade
if he knew Tsunade he must have been 40 at least when he died

Exactly. And he was married and lived long enough to have kids. So why would he look just as young as the day he fought Madara?

Maybe... Hashirama and Tobirama are simply that flawless?
Because we know that Hashirama's only 1-2 years older than Tobirama, yet when Tobirama sacrificed himself (quite a bit after Hashirama did) you could mistake him for a 20-year-old, or being around Hiruzen's age at the time.

Senju DNA helped them keep a young look. Tsunade has to use a tech because she's not a pure senju.

So you're saying that a dead guy is using Genjutsu because he cares that much about his appearance?
it's not genjutsu but it's somehow related to senju dna
