Well it's pretty obviously that she is a Senju because Hashirama is her grandfather. And she have proven having same abilities as him but just weaker. So yes. She is probably a Senju.

As well I haven't seen anyone else being stated for being a Senju. But still it's a possibility that one will appear.

That doesn't hold true naruto isn't a Namikaze nor are two sons whatever the SO6 was. But yes she would still have some of the same blood albeit very diluted
