Itachi CAN beat Minato & Obito

itachi can figure out where minato will through his kunai next < so can shikamaru, and plan for attack
itachi can reasonably beat minato and obito

I think it just depends on speed, if u know what i mean.
I do not think Shikamaru can figured out so fast, cuz Shika are only smart when he preparing the strategy against someone strong like against Hidan, takes time, but Minato defeated Obito and figured his weakness so easily......
Minato is a quick thinker and better than Shikamaru, but Shika is a better thinker when it comes down to preparations strategy.

yeah ur right, minato thinks alot quicker than most people. shinkamaru thinks of hundreds of strategies though
with his limited amount of chakra, he worries alot so he thinks more, but i think he comes up with ideas and plans pretty quick..
but with minato vs obito, they just did the same moves over and over, but it did take strategy and they both came up with plans
Obito just didnt think of implanting a jutsu trap on those chains he almost caught minato in

Its limitation is the fact that a seal needs to be at whatever area he wants to be. Essentially a character that can stay out of range of a kunai through should do well against Minato.

Deflecting his kunai throws while keeping your range is the best way of handling ftg

Obito's own words & thoughts indicate he thinks itachi could beat him if he tried.
Raikage figured out minato's FTG technique with the shuriken..
plus Itachi has Izanami which is a loop which doesnt necessarilly have anything to do with you being arrogant, u could simply be confused and give up without figuring out how to break the loop..
Izanami is a recording of feelings and thoughts and movements and vision of a sequence of movement & moments in a time frame...itachi has a great memory and can use these techniques to win ...debate

i thought about that, but itachi has EYES(sharingan) which reads movements very well...
lets not forget Sasuke also has a great deal of speed, and itachi kept up with him and reacted faster AND
had techniques planned out ahead of what sasuke would do next.

2 - He just need to touch Itachi, to place a seal
3 - The only technique we have seen is FTG. What about the many others he may have?
4 - He may have Sage Mode if you listen to what Gambunta said when Naruto achieved Perfect Sage Mode.

Only that may help Itachi is Susanoo, but if Minato places a seal on him before he casts Susanoo, then Itachi is ****ed

He wasn't a step ahead, his Kamui simply overpowered his Flying Raijin which Minato stated. Minato was the one who outsmarted Obito

when obito caught minato in those chains(well, touched him with the chains) he could have attached a trap to it, but he didnt

cuz obito aint no battle smart expert, he just has his jutsu and knowledge of techniques , but he doesnt further plan things out
at least he hasnt yet...but he planned those chains to catch minato if he FTG'd again , but he didnt plan for level 2 FTG..
i think after he saw level 2 he could have planned for that possibility as well..

obito hasnt shown much with the rinnegan, but Itachi can use shadow clones like he did vs kak,kur,asu...he can also use Izanami longer than Obito can use kamui...his battle wih kabuto lasted longer than obito's vs konan(maybe/i know that doesnt mean anything)
while itachi uses izanami obito will think he's using his jutsu more than once, but it will be izanami. If obito uses Ianagi to undo it, itachi will just make izanagi's use apart of his izanami..

Itachi probably could hold Susanoo longer than he showed. He was just putting on an act, infact he's never shown his full potential
in any battle. he always took it easy. If Itachi uses Izanami and Obito uses Kamui after Izanami prepares , then the images and feelings obito gets when using kamui will still be apart of izanami cuz he will contiue to teleport to the same places that he did as part of itachi's loop. Unfortunately im not sure if itachi can use izanami with kamui(since its obito's own demension)..

Sword of Totsuka cannot seal Minato, because the sword has not sealed a moving target. Minato is too fast.
