=This theory is really simple=
Basically since you can get EMS and your powers enhanced based on taking your siblings eyes example: Madara and Sasuke. So an example of this would be Madara or any other Uchiha with a significantly large family. If they were to take away their siblings -If they had MS- and increase their strength by swapping eyes. If you continue to take your dead family members eyes you could increase your own strength multiple times.

Here is the hahahahaha part.
If Uchiha gain MS from great strain from doing something -Reason hasn't been stated weather it's killing your closest friend but it has been presented to be a huge possibility. As seen when Sasuke "Kills" Itachi he gains it along with being exposed to the truth later on. He realizes that Itachi did everything for him. Also when Kakashi kills Rin he skips 3 toemoe and goes straight to MS and then quickly passes out. In this case if known that killing your friend or great emotional struggle is required why not pair up kids.
Okay this is going to get kinda erm... dirty- orochimaru like-
Why not just simply pair up kids the ones that show talent and prowess and very few non prowess (Sometimes the lowest might prove himself and strive to be the highest) Make them become friends and then have them kill each other the one that won gets MS and this gives birth to a stronger Uchiha clan. This way it would be difficult for Itachi to solo all of them.... -Also "Obito" was there but we don't know if he fodderized some Uchiha.

No, that is a sick and dumb theory....
You can pair kids but you can't make them like each other.And kids are not so dumb to go and kill their teammates to gain power(Sasuke excluded).And not even a psycho like Oro would make such a dumb plan,simply because he wouldn't want a clan with superior power than him.And seriously, nobody cares about the revival of the Uchiha clan apart from Sasuke, and that plan will take years before it can be fully successful and I stop typing cause every second that passes I found even more fails and flows and this comment could continue to eternity and beyond, but I have other things to do too.

Brainwashed little kids that were under a control freak leader (Danzo) in an organization that ran mostly in secret.And Sai's friend was in the verge of death.
I am pretty sure no other of the current kages on all villages would allow something like that.Strategically speaking nobody would want the Uchiha clan to be restored and gain more power.Along with the other thing I already pointed out.
